About our Cooking Class

This cooking class serves as an introduction to Congolese cuisine and culture, combining African flavors with local cooking techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare Congolese dishes that honor African traditions while gaining an appreciation for Congolese culture and history. We will also demonstrate how to incorporate local cuisine and flavors into African dishes. Each class lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes, and all necessary supplies are included in the registration fee.
