About our Cooking Class
This cooking class will act as an introduction to Congolese cuisine and culture through cooking techniques that merge African flavors with local cuisine. During each session, participants will prepare Congolese dishes that celebrate African traditions while developing an appreciation for Congolese culture and history. We also show participants ways they can incorporate local cuisine and flavor into African dishes! Each class is 2 hour and 30 minutes long. Supplies are included in the registration fee.
